Modular interface-ready microfluidic chips and fluidic modules secure, reconfigurable microfulidics.
The BNX QuickPortâ„¢ Ecosystem is a combination of customizable microfluidic chip designed for that integrates with BNX QuickPortâ„¢ fluidic blocks. Featuring three aligned port inlets reinforced with elastomeric sealing gaskets, it provides a reliable, leak-free surface for repeated fluidic connections.
Included in each kit is:
- 2 x QuickPort Microfluidic Chips: Chip top engineered from 1/8″ optical-grade acrylic, offering excellent transparency, durability, and chemical compatibility—ideal for high-performance prototyping, diagnostics, or fluid routing applications. The PSA layer is 150-μm acrylic adhesive and the substrate is your choice.
- 2 x QuickPort Chip Tops: (To make your own chip). Chip top engineered from 1/8″ optical-grade acrylic, offering excellent transparency, durability, and chemical compatibility—ideal for high-performance prototyping, diagnostics, or fluid routing applications. Attach your own PSA and substrate to make your own custom chip.
- 2 x Tube Blocks – Quick release tubing interface for fast, leak-free connections to BNX QuickPortâ„¢ microfluidic chips or chip tops.
- 2 x Pipette Blocks – Adapter designed for direct pipetting / dispensing into BNX QuickPortâ„¢ microfluidic chips. 3 top-entry ports, no tubing required. Compatible with 200 μL pipettes.
- 2 x Well Blocks – Well block for dispensing into a reservoir and then aspirating into BNX QuickPortâ„¢ chips or as a waste collection point when dispensing directly into chips. No tubing required.
- 2 x Plug Blocks – Plug to seal all 3 fluidic ports on each BNX QuickPortâ„¢
- Tubing not included. Please use 1/16″ OD, semi-rigid tubing (materials = PTFE or PFA)
The BNX QuickPortâ„¢ Ecosystem:
- All blocks work by snap and flow.
- Triple-port layout for multiplexed flow control.
- Reusable, washable, and easy to swap – reconfigure your experiment on the fly!
- Ideal for omics, cell-biology, lab-on-a-chip workflows, organ-on-chip, and assay development.
