BioNexus routinely develops and manufactures custom coatings for a variety of applications. Fill out the request for quotation (RFQ)  below to describe your custom coating development or manufacturing project and we will get back to you with a complimentary quotation, estimate, and/or proposal for producing a coating on the substrate of your choice, to your specifications.

[Optional] Provide your desired Ratio of active:passive molecules on the surface (e.g., 1:1, 1:10, 5:95, 1:99, etc.)

Coating Backbone

Choose the desired coating backbone best suited to your application. Leave blank if not sure.

Length of backbone

[Optional] Provide your details of the desired length of backbone. For example, if silane, specify "propyl" or "3", "decyl" or "10". If PEG, specify the number of repeating units or the approximate molecular weight (eg PEG3 or PEG2k).

Coating Character

Choose the hydrophilic or hydrophobic character of the coating.

Performance Requirements

Describe any specific or non-specific binding requirements (e.g., "Must not adhere to cells. Must only capture streptavidin labeled biomolecules")

Substrate Size

Describe your substrate size (e.g., Coverglass: 24mm x 50mm x 0.175mm)

Substrate Type
