The BNX QuickPortâ„¢ Flow Cell Chip is a precision made microfluidic chip designed for seamless integration with BNX QuickPortâ„¢ connectors. Featuring three aligned port inlets reinforced with elastomeric sealing gaskets, it provides a reliable, leak-free surface for repeated fluidic connections.
Engineered from optical-grade acrylic, the Chip Top offers excellent transparency, durability, and chemical compatibility—ideal for high-performance prototyping, diagnostics, or fluid routing applications.
- Designed to pair with BNX QuickPortâ„¢ style connectors (Tube Block, Pipette Block, Well Block, and Plug Block).
- Triple-port layout for multiplexed flow control.
- Each channel has 24 μL internal volume (150 μm channel height, 35.2mm channel length with elliptical inlet and outlet for best fluid exchange)
- Reusable, washable (depending on material spec), and easy to swap
- Comes with a PSA fluidic layer (Standard = Acrylic PSA, 150um thick. Also available Silicone PSA, 142 um thick, or custom).
- Bottom substrate options include bare glass, aminosilane coated glass, microwells, or custom surface.
